Sol is a passion project I created to showcase my love for building brands from scratch. From logo concepts to refining the color palette, designing packaging, and imagining its social presence, I treated this like a real-world brand. The result is a cohesive brand identity that blends creativity, strategy, and style: starting with the logo iterations, fonts, and colors that set the tone for everything else.




I wanted Sol to feel bright and friendly while keeping a clean, simple look. The name "Sol" meaning "sun," is reflected in the warm orange and yellow tones that bring a vibrant, inviting energy instantly evoking sunshine and positivity. Paired with a playful logo and lively typography, the brand carries a fun and energetic personality that's approachable and memorable, capturing the essence of a sunscreen brand inspired by the sun.





For the packaging, I aimed for a bright, monochrome design that is simple yet eye-catching on the shelf. Inspired by the feeling of being at the beach, the packaging shows the logo shining over the water, bringing a sense of warmth and relaxation that instantly connects to the brand's sunny, carefree vibe.

For the social media, I wanted to appeal to people who love spending time outside, whether at the beach, pool, or simply enjoying the sunshine. The feed was designed to feel inspiring and visually appealing with warm tones that reflect the brand’s bright, sunny energy and encourage followers to embrace outdoor living. The goal is for consumers to see this and want to go outside and use the product!
